"This is one of the best resorts I've been in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch. I had an issue the first night as the bed was too soft but they quickly fixed it the next day by removing a soft pad on top of the mattress. Our room had a great ocean and pool view. The breakfast was great and the Nomada grill was very good too. I really think this hotel offers great value."

"The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "

"The only faults I could find was on the beverage side . The food was excellent as was the cocktails . The fact they only sold craft beers and a very limited selection at that , along with only selling wine by the bottle when I only want a glass or two , struck me as being a very, very odd business decision After the first night , I ate in town where I had a great selection of wines by the glass and copious different beers to choose from . The hotel itself is a gem just needs a bit of a shake...

"Springfield is a beautiful resort. The golf course was in geat shape and our caddy Joom was lots of fun. Breakfast was great however your choices for an evening meal were limited to one restaurant. The same menu morning, noon and night. There are no snacks available (chocolate, pop, chips etc) because the resort is remote it would be nice if there were snacks available. "Great motel for relaxing rooms are good size and spacious very comfortable As for things to do there is not much the beach well there is no beach just a break wall you have to wait until 530am to walk on the sand There no beach bar or pool bar and the drinks are expensive for a beer or wine So if you want to sit by the pool and relax this is the place If you like other activities than look around at other motels "
