Saw adverts for spa facilities but only stayed one night so didn’t investigate. Great selection at breakfast. Room was spacious & clean - Mountain View’s were breathtaking. Good glazing meant no disturbances from outside. Would have liked to have had a body lotion in the bathroom, but by no means...

The spa staff was uncoordinated and untrained The front desk unmanned for several minutes, so I had to find someone to check me in. My masseuse was clueless, giving me the worst deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She never introduced herself, confirmed my name or length and type of treatment nor asked for or followed my requests about areas to focus on. It is a VERY awkward...
