"Briana was extremely helpful. She was patient as we switched rooms twice--the first due to cigarette smell and empty shampoo and soap bottles. The second room had 2 beds (not ideal for an anniversary trip :) ) but the 3rd room was perfect! We made sure to thank her for accommodating us. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a while in a hotel. Thank you"

"The hotel was very nice. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint was the noise. We were across the hall from the laundry/kitchen. It was very noisy in the morning while they were getting things ready for the continental breakfast. Next time I would request a room at the end of the hall. "
