"I had a great stay at the RIU. The room was decently clean. There was spirits free of charge in the room. The balcony view was everything. The food was ok the steakhouse is the best restaurant but the buffet and the jerk shack were the star dining experiences. My favorite place to be at was the swim up bar. The staff were very friendly accommodating and good people. Special shout outs to Larroune, Dario and Eddie at the swim up bar they were the best. Kelson who was always there greeting us with a smile every-time we walked in. Jay and RL at the front desk as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want an easy and smooth trip because all of the excursions were right there on the beach right by the hotel."

"All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager went out of his way to make our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner at their restaurant. Fantastic pool as well. We will definitely be back. I honestly feel that the staff here were nicer, friendlier and more accommodating than the staff at Atlantis Cove which is where we stayed at last year."

"Absolutely loved my stay! This charming hotel is super central and felt totally safe as a solo woman traveler. The beach is stunning—with plenty of chairs, helpful staff, and no need to trek through a giant resort. My “garden view” room even had ocean views, and I loved watching the cruise ships go by. The Caribbean chicken wrap? So good. Bonus points for live music at the hotel bar, and having McDonald’s across the street and Junkanoo Beach just a short walk away (though the hotel’s beach is way better). You even get access to Margaritaville as a partner property! Perfect spot for a relaxing, no-fuss getaway."

"Beautiful property, excellent service, plenty to do for kids and adults. Every staff member double checked if our needs were met and we enjoyed our day . Sea is sooo beautiful and clean , beach chairs with shade covers , waitresses are going around offering drinks or food . Not sure what not to like it. Will be back again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Atlantis. It is beautiful here. The hotel, the beach, the pool area were so nice. Everything is convenient and walkable if you want to go to the other hotels and use their pools or the water parks, a shuttle bus takes you to and from each place every 7 minutes 24 hours a day. Yes food is expensive for sure but if you get a good deal on hotels and flights splurging on food is worth it. The staff was great the room was clean and we had a kitchenette and fridge. We will definitely be back! "
