"What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. "Beautiful surroundings, able to walk freely enjoying the scenery. The property itself was lovely apart from a few mishaps inside the room for staff to consider. Part of the panelling that separated the dining area and living room space was a constant trip hazard, this was extremely dangerous, also the living room radiator was continually on making staying in the room extremely uncomfortable with to much heat. Apart from that the living quarters were good."

Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "Room, restaurant, bar and hotel in general was excellent. Only disappointment was the pool and pool area. The pool is small and can also be full and very noisy. I was surprised to find you needed to provide your own padlock for the lockers, which meant I had to leave it by the pool area where there was little dry space to leave your belongings. "

"Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍"
