"I came into the city for the Cross Country Dance Competition and arrived before 7 am on a Monday. From the moment I arrived until I said goodbye to the parking attendant the next day the team treated me with the highest level of service and professionalism I have experienced in a long time. They guided me to the correct location with ease, always stepped forward to help when I had a question, made check in and check out smooth and quick, and attended to my special dietary needs with the utmost care. The facility is beautiful, clean, and spacious. "

"Very happy with our stay! Super convenient and reasonably priced (for Midtown/Times Square). Will definitely consider staying here again. Only gripe: we brought our three children with us and the Signature suite was too small; fine for three nights but any longer and it would have been uncomfortable. We really angled to upgrade to a family suit but they were taken. Perhaps consider more family options? Staff was superb. Front desk staff made check in/out a breeze. Concierge had all kinds of recommendations. Cleaning staff was awesome. All around a great experience and value. Thanks for helping us make our first NYC trip as a family so memorable. "

"The Belvedere is a great old midtown NYC hotel. I love its Art Deco style and its Hell’s Kitchen location. It’s very close to all the bars and restaurants of 9th Avenue and Times Square, yet it’s amazingly quiet around the hotel. The rooms are small and some of the facilities are old, but it looks like the bathrooms have been updated. Highly recommend."
