"Wyndham has purchased this hotel, but done absolutely NOTHING to improve the quality of the hotel. It is more run down than it ever was before when it was just the Chicago South Loop Hotel (not the Wyndham Chicago Mccormick Hotel). The people who work at the hotel are wonderful. They are professional, kind, helpful, and caring. The general infrastructure is just old and things need to be replaced or updated like carpeting, paint on walls, and fitness center equipment. "Cow Hollow was a perfectly adequate place to stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the area was VERY walkable- lots of restaurants and sights are within either walking or a short drive. A BIG bonus is the free parking with a gated lot downstairs. Rooms a bit worn and dated but the heat and ac work and everything is clean. Good stay for a great price."

"Was a comfortable decent hotel. Wasnt dirty for the amount of people staying there. Only issue was resturant wait time at Pho. They had not enough workers to provide a timely experience. While they had others kind of just doing nothing. But hotel and rooms were clean. Plenty to do while there. "
