"Stayed for 4 nights. Beautiful hotel. Very convenient.. close by easy walking. Love the cleanliness..! The only Problem is . The phone in our room is not working. I went to reception.! Told them . No one go check . Each time I need something or question. I have to go down asked for . 4 nights. No phone 📞 for Reception. Sad 😔 for 5 stars hotel. Other than that. I still recommend for everyone. Beautiful view from rooftop 👌"

"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"If you want to be in the heart of Bergen, near everything going on, this is a great location. Hotel is very well maintained and the staff is excellent. Morning breakfast is fabulous. "

"This hotel is so conveniently located, right across the street from Oslo Central Station. It's easy to take the airport express train to and from there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our room contained a used, wet towel when we arrived, but the staff took great pains to correct the issue and even provided us with a free gift to compensate."
