Nice and very accommodating office staff (thank you for holding our luggage on check out day so we had time to site see) and quiet but good space also for a rainy day. Super easy access to Coogee beach and wonderful Wylie’s rock pool. Thanks again for a nice stay!"

"Staff were extremely helpful when I found that the microwave was broken & swapped it out 20mins before reception closed so I could make myself dinner. Staff went above & beyond when I asked for help including when I couldn't shut the metal balcony shutter doors. The room we were allocated had an area where the balcony ceiling was obviously affected by significant damp which needs addressing. The glass balcony door lock didn't lock & we were on the 5th floor but with an older child this didn't...
