"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location close to everything you would need. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!"

"Staff were super friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent. The business center was great. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is close to everything. The facilities such as the gym and tennis courts were wonderful. I was on a short business trip, but will surely be back to this hotel soon upon my next visit to Riyadh."

"the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "
