"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. "This was a nice, fresh, new hotel in Sofia, close to the main sights and with all the amenities travellers need. We had a hiccup with laundry, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and make amends. That goes a long way. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend this as the place to stay in Sofia."
