"Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! "

"I was really pleased with my stay due to the convenient location for exploring Sofia, the cleanliness and quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is situated near a central metro station and within easy walk of all of the main attractions in the city. It is also in a good location to be able to take tours from nearby around other areas of Bulgaria. It was also useful having a supermarket nearby. The room had a tv which was nice in the evenings after some busy days out....

"The property and all hotel amenities were great. The staff especially the reception area were not very friendly and had no concierge services. The breakfast staff were nice and so was the spa. The hair salon was over priced and service was not even close to what they charged."

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.
