"We really like the location and the service stay there twice."

"Everything is fine at Hilton Sofia, but just a bit far away from old town which takes around 30 min. walking distance. The female receptionists are more friendly, the male receptionists are not that friendly. The guy in the morning of Oct.07 around 8am on the reception who helped to call a tax and the guy in the morning of Oc5.12 around 9:30am who helped to check out, both attitudes towards customers should be trained more, not friendly driven. That's why I couldn't give higher rate. "

"Really good value for money. Bed was really comfortable, heating was good, very clean room. Within walking distance to the centre (15-20 minutes) or a few minutes walk from tram / metro station. Convenience store nearby. Staff really friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Only downside is the walls are really thin and I had some noisy guests next door. Soundproofed well for the outside though and couldn't hear anything from the street. Late check out not available, you have too book an extra...

"Very nice location, near from Serdika station which is M4 line directly connected to the airport. One thing, it smells smoke even though it is a non smoking room."

"Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and clean linen. Helpful staff. The hotel is very warm. Good gor the winter months Good breakfast with various options to suit all. Fresh good bread. Note there is nothing near to the hotel. I was there for one night. Great for the airport, free shuttle included. "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room.
