"Wonderful property! Very central to the French Quarter. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was we were on a lower street facing floor and the noise was terrible all night long. While not their fault it’s a noisy city, these rooms were recently redone and they could have possibly done something to make it quieter for the price you pay. If we stay here again we will definitely request a higher quieter room. "

"The staff was very friendly & helpful. I didn't like being told @ check-in that booking through Experian, I booked a vintage room & I could upgrade for a an additional $32 per night for a newly updated room. (and shown photos of a vintage rm) when I knew the room I booked was updated. Felt that was a scam. Gorgeous room though!!!!"

"I do love it here it’s my 5th visit only have 2 complaints the cleaners r rubbish and the prices of beers r ridiculous 10dollars plus a tip for a can of beer .. we come back as we love the location it’s perfect for us we always get the premium suite as it works for us better being their for 2 weeks . I also noticed that this time I never saw a pool cleaner previous years told see 1 testing water but this year never saw him once and the bottom of the pool was a terrible standard compared to other...
