"I liked almost everything about this property. I had two issues. One, the glasses in the bathroom were glass. That is very unsafe because some of the time you are in the bathroom you are barefoot. If the glass fell, and it is not hard to see how that could happen, you would probably cut your foot. Two, the containers of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the shower were arranged in a way that it was difficult to get sufficient amounts out of the container, which was a nuisance."

"Very clean and organized. The biggest surprise was the restaurant. We had some of the best meals of our vacation here. Dinner was top restaurant quality! And the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very unexpected but totally appreciated. "

"CitizenM was amaze-balls! Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was super comfortable and modern. I will definitely stay again. Location was great. I was able to walk right back over to Schipol and take the train to city centre for 5.60euro"

"Our stay was uneventful but fulfilled the goal of staying close to Schiphol for an early morning flight. The hotel is nice but far from anything interesting. You need a car for that. Lastly, although the room was good, the carpet was full of stains. "

"Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing experience. I stayed here during my trip the Design Icons in Amsterdam, and would not recommend any other hotel to my guests. Although you’re not directly in the city, it’s good for those that are looking to unwind, especially if you’re planning on having busier days than nights. Although the hotel has an amazing rooftop bar, perfect for enjoying nightlife without going too deep into the city centre."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this unique property. It was an excellent stay. The staff was excellent: very accommodating. The room very clean and comfy. Loved the technology in the room with light effects if you choose. The shower and bed were amazing! I would do it again if I could. Highly recommend!"
