"Wow! What a find! A delightful hotel with amazing, welcoming staff. I usually stay in central Amsterdam but this is just a couple of stops on the metro and a short walk from the De Pijp metro station and sooooo much nicer. Highly recommended. "

"I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."

"I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. Public transport is very cheap so you can save a lot travelling to the tourist destinations from Hilversum."

"I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly, it was new and bright. The rooms were very nice, with all the items you would expect in a hotel room. The only thing that some people might not like is the location. It doesn't have a shuttle from the airport, however, it is close to the airport. "We stayed one night as we wanted to be closer to the airport when we catch our flight the next day. Public transport was not close, had to walk 15min to catch train but otherwise we enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean and very big, friendly staff."

"We stayed here again because of our past experience with this hotel. Always friendly and courteous, clean. They go the extra mile to help their guests which is truly appreciated. Train station a short distance, and very safe. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Did I forget to mention, free breakfast that is very tasty. Thanks Hampton!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely."

"The beds (we had twin beds) and pillows were very comfortable. The soaps, towels, tea, coffee, etc were all there and satisfactory. We took the option of not using room service and were given a complementary drink each day. The breakfast is also complementary. "Easiest location to public transit, less than half a block walk. Can get anywhere from the location and it’s at the end of the line, in a very quiet area. Can still order pizza in the later evening after the restaurant is closed. "

"Everything was fine. I just had to wait for an hour for the shuttle bus at the airport on the day of arrival. The shuttle bus was scheduled to run every half an hour. I called several times to inquire but no accurate time was provided. In the subsequent trips, the shuttle bus ran every half an hour and was also on time. "

"I always love staying at the CitizenM Schiphol. Just a short walk to the airport terminal, and also easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal station (just a short train ride away). Most of all, the staff at this hotel are excellent--all so friendly and cordial. Notably, I always have the best treatment from Rafaela, Valentina, and Leandro. "

"Excellent stay! Great price for such a luxurious hotel. Was hesitant about it being far from the center but it is across the street from the Metro stop and only a couple stops into the different neighbourhoods to explore (and 6 to centraal). Very convenient, clean and has the coziest beds!! Will stay here again next time I visit. Also loved the free drink voucher if you choose go green at checkout as the bar is lovely! "

"Great location. Walking distance to many sites. Public transportation is right out front for quicker access. Lots of shopping and food choices. Close to the central station but not too close. Nice to have the wine hour before dinner. Hot chocolate in the lobby was nice as well "

"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see. "
