"Great hotel, with a lovely team of staff. Always on hand to help, and always with a big friendly smile. Especially the gentleman who welcomed us every morning at the front door! We had room 707, top floor, at the end. It's a superior with terrace-small balcony in a caged area, which was lovely. Room beautiful, bathroom spotless. Breakfast was a vast array of all sorts for all kinds of tastes."

"The location of this hotel is perfect! Very central and in a very busy eatery / bar eara just off from night market and Mekong river restaurants. "Nice, cute hotel with pretty good breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a mishap when we had a late arrival (at ~11pm) and arranged car service/airport pick up. Unfortunately it was never actually arranged after our email confirmation but thankfully we were able to figure something out when communicating with the staff via WhatsApp. Good amenities, nice little restaurant and pool set up upstairs, and a quiet courteous crowd/type of guests."
