"Great location and disco bar in hotel. Comfortable bed and fresh linen. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately aircon was not working in lobby and then WiFi down 1 day. Most of the staff completely addicted to video games playing on their phone and was hard to get their attention lol But all in all I good value and again, a great location."

"Stayed for 4 nights. Very relaxed and chilled space away from the hustle and bustle. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Pool is great and very clean. The rooms are dated and could use a touch up but the wooden floors add to the authentic not a chain hotel. Breakfast is a set menu that has 3 options you select in the morning - you can ask for more toast & spreads and hot drinks. 2 western options and 1 Lao option. We had an upstairs room with balcony on the right side of the restaurant which...

"Great price but not the cleanest hotel. However with that being said the location is quiet, peacful, and has a local restaurant next door with amazing food " don Chean" and the night narket is only a 15 minutes walk. Overall you get wht you pay for. "

"Having travelled for a few weeks and staying in all sorts of accommodation, it was luxury to stay at the Crown Plaza. From the helpful smiling staff to the cleanlimess, choice of food options, swimming pool and quality bedding towels etc I did not want to leave. They even put petals on our bed and presented us with beautiful cakes for our wedding anniversary. I can highly recommend a stay at CP? You wont be disappointed. "
