Numa Florence Palazzo Belfiore

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (332)
"Wonderful apartment a short distance from the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect size for our family of five adults. Management was quickly responsive when we had an issue checking in and helped to resolve it within minutes. We were on the third floor so there were lots of stairs which could be difficult for some. And the shower stalls were very small. But overall perfect for our needs and we very much enjoyed our stay in Florence. "

Hotel Alessandra

2.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (713)
"Hotel Alessandra is a gem in downtown Florence, just blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. It's nothing like an American chain hotel, but that's part of the charm. Lots of stairs (like everywhere in Italy) - 2 flights to the main entrance. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and varied, rooms were large and comfortable. Great water pressure and decent sized shower. Be sure to have a drink on the terrace overlooking the river. Would absolutely stay here again. "

Villa Belvedere

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (330)
"Ideal for quite days in Florence. Staff very quite and welcoming. Breakfast Atmosphere is so silent no music addition throughout my 4 days stay. Power socked was not working and reported to reception but nothing was done. Had to charge appliances in the bathroom. Rooms doors are hollow so you can loudly hear other guests movement. The place has a great potential that could offer better. "

Hotel Colomba

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (762)
"Hotel Colomba has been shut since the covid-19 epidemic in March 2020 and never reopened. They haven't returned any of my many emails and cut off their phone lines. My reservation was the last week in August. Hotels. Com that I paid for the accomodation did not help me at all after many emails and phone calls were made by me to them. They promised relocation and everytime I called them after them telling me to, they kept saying till now, that they couldn't get in touch with their client, Hotel...
