"Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked. "I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "
