"My stay at Stella was amazing. The host, Shuji, was kind enough to make himself available for when I arrived, to make sure the check in process was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. "We arrive at the Komatsu Airport at 9 PM. The Route-Inn shuttle picked us up a 9:15 PM and took us right to the hotel. The English speaking manager explained to us the details for taking the Route-Inn shuttle to the train station the next day. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection of food. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well."

"This hotel was dirty!! We were expecting old as we wanted to keep costs down and rayes were low. I have stayed in many APA hotels across Japan and they are fine. But this one was filthy. We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."

"This is a good hotel option. It a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a quiet more office like area. It is a drive or longer walk to the historic areas of Kanazawa so we just took a taxi. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet at a cost which had both western and Japanese options and was good. They have laundry facilities on site for a good price and the room was clean, bed was comfy. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Would stay again. "
