"The property has a large safari themed pool including water slides. Property was immaculate and staff unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. Our room faced the pool and ocean and provided a nice view. Cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. My only complaint about the room is that only a couple of plugs were useful for charging. The buffet/selected item breakfast is a must. Again, highly attentive staff and special requests are taken. I highly recommend."

"Beautifully designed hotel in the Manila Bay Area. Conveniently located across from SM Mall of Asia. Was able to borrow a wheelchair upon submitting valid ID which made it easier for my senior mother to visit the mall. Staff are welcoming, warm & accommodating. "This was a hotel recommendation from a friend and so glad that we stayed here. Great location and close to the airport. Rooms were very spacious and comfy beds. The buffet was great with a good selection of items. We booked massages at the spa and they were exactly what we needed after a long flight. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. The only negative was that the property was huge and had a residence side as well. It was very easy to get lost or confused in which tower you were in. "
