"Great hotel and staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me check in an hour earlier than what was listed and assisted me with upgrading my room when I realized my original room was smaller than I expected. There was a cost, but less than i thought it would be. They have a laundry room which was helpful, but only 2 washers/dryers so it’s not always available. They also have umbrellas available for rent on rainy days. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the main strip in Shinjuku, so very close to everything but quite a night. I would definitely stay here again. "
