"Amazing experience at Novotel Kata Avista. We were staying in a family room as travelled with our 2 children. The room was great with wonderful little gestures for the children. The hotel catters very well for the little ones - the kids club, rooms, breakfast, small swimming pool etc. The only drawback would be that the hotel is situated on a steep hill but this didn't bother us and even the children managed to go up and downhill twice a day. "Hot water did not work for my entire stay, there was no water at all on the second day of my stay, came to the room just drenched in sweat and sunscreen lotion and i couldn't shower and freshen up for my dinner out so i had to go out like that. The lock on the door didn't feel secure, there was no dead bolt. I wouldn't go back."
