"We had booked a couple of deluxe rooms at this property after reading the great reviews online. We were thoroughly disappointed to see the rooms when we checked in. They had a funky style, old furniture and mosquitoes to boot. Complained to both Expedia and Metadee. They resolved the situation spectacularly! Upgraded both our rooms to 2 separate villas!! "We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system.
