"The villas are gorgeous with great ocean views and a beautiful swimming pool. The common areas are very clean and well kept. The staff is nice but in most cases their English is very limited. Not easy to communicate with them. Our villa was very pretty but it was up too high on the hill and far from the lobby, spa, restaurants, so we had to call and get the hotel golf cart every time we wanted to leave the villa and get back to it. Next time I would prefer a villa closer to the amenities"

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"I dont know where to start. Room was in terrible condition. Not clean. Electricity was sparkling/damaged. We tried to communicate this with the guy at the lobby (who spoke terrible english, but seemed like a nice guy) and we wrote a letter that he should take back to the manager. We wanted refund or a new room. Only 6/11 rooms was operating. The room was so bad that we decided to change hotel after only 3/7 days. We still have not heard back from the hotel regarding refund for the last 4 days....
