"Our stay at the Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The place is massive with multiple pools restaurants etc. heaps going on if you want that. Close to Karon Beach main centre for shopping etc. we had a room on the 12 floor overlooking the ocean. Amazing views with balcony, great room with bar fridge, tea coffee, water etc. good bathroom with bathtub. Comfy clean bed. Very quiet at night too. Special mention to all the super friendly staff. They can't do enough for you. In room food service was great too. Very special mention to our daily room cleaners Chompoo, Tang and Patty. They kept our room stocked up and spotless every day. If you need it they will sort it. Definitely return here for a holiday. Some advice. Use a translation app when asking for things as sometimes your request can get lost in translation. Prices are very reasonable too across the resort."

"The staff are very nice and go out of their way to take care of you. Food was good for breakfast and lunch at their international cuisine restaurant. The beach is just lovely and not too crowded. Pools are nice though not heated (which is standard for the area i think). Only con was that the room is quite dated and the bed creaked every time i turned in it. Bathrooms are updated but not well kept. An update could really help. "
