"If you’re truly looking for budget stay here. But it you spend a few bucks more I’m sure you can find something nicer. AC didnt really work. Garbages were not emptied in my 3 day stay. Mouse droppings throughout the room. More thorough cleaning would help. Hand towels in bathrooms would also be really nice. "

"This hotel is right off of Pattaya Beach & about a 15 minute walk to Sunset & Sunrise Beaches. The hotel was far enough from Walking Street & off the beach just enough to be very quiet. Walking Street is nearby though & has everything you might need - restaurants, shops, etc. The wifi was decent when it was working - a storm knocked it out one night & we didn't have wifi the last few days. "This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. "Dorm was overbooked when I arrived but they let me stay in a private room. Room was clean and a good size but beds were rock hard even by Thai standards, so uncomfortable especially in the heat, the one fan didn't cool the room effectively. Shared bathrooms were clean and good to have the toilet and showers separate and seperate men and women's bathrooms. Location is just off Walking St so near to all the shops etc but there is some noise from a bar till around 00:30 and wooden floors noisy...
