"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. "It is near dotouburi and Shinsaibashi area and 2 train stations. Facing the main road makes it easier and safer to locate late at night. We like the public bath amenity which is opened even at midnight. We did not use the free ramen offered in the night. The experience is adversely affected by a rude staff (a bespectacled Chinese lady) when we enquired about the PIN required for the usage of the female public bath."
