Huge rooms and bed, was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Location was amazing, only a couple of mins walk to central station and a lot of the big sights. Was a good place to stay as only really in the room to sleep.
Only a couple of issues, the heating/aircon unit did not work, was very cold one night! Also, would recommend bringing your own shampoo and shower gel as during our one week stay they only replaced the tiny toiletries once. Also they did not change the bed sheets, only made the bed which as mentioned for a week stay they should have been changed. The internet was not very good, and when checking out they initially tried to charge $5 per bag if you want to keep them there for the day. Due to the mentioned issues they did not charge this.
