Lubumbashi Zoological Park

Not the best start when we arrived at the property after 24 hours of travelling, as the room we reserved wasn't available. Then to get a king room we wanted we had to pay another $100 a night. We were too tired to argue so we just paid it. Room was big with nice views but very dated, it was hard to find sections of the carpet in the original colour and the windows were very dirty. Room facility was only coffee machine and coffee, would be nice to have some tea bags. Around the hotel was very good with the mall and plenty of places for food. The prices in the bar on the casino floor are extreme, $13 for a bottle of beer. I doubt we would stay here again, our main issue of the hotel not having our reserved room available isn't right, we shouldn't have to pay extra money for the hotels mistake.

Clean and nice locations

Would like the gym and pool to be open later…8 pm is a bit ridiculous ! Also there was no concierge and it was difficult to get info from front desk folks as there are always busy. I had to go to security to get some answers to queries
