"I want to say a special Thanks to the Hotel front desk and Janet. The room stewart was awesome. We ask for fresh towels, matter of seconds, she knock on the door and gave us the towels. The front desk took care a problem with the shower head and phone. They took care of the problem so fast. My wife and I step out of the room for 20 minutes and they fix the problem. I will look forward to stay there again for the great service provided. Thank you Catalina!!"

"The facilities were gorgeous and clean! The day we checked in the air conditioner was broken on the entire property, but Janayia, Natasha, and Dilan at the concierge were so kind and accommodating to help keep us cool under the circumstances. They checked on us and brought us fans and let us know when the facilities were fixed, even comped us breakfast and drinks for the inconvenience. The pool and lounge area is great to hang out - we didn’t even need to go downtown. Amazing stay! "

"Great location - easy access to restaurants, beach, Lincoln mall. Super easy check in. Clean. Staff very responsive to repair safe which wasn’t working and air conditioning that needed to be reset. Highly recommend for adult tourists. Only minor drawback was no elevators - heavy luggage bags not recommended"

"Overall, the stay was nice. The three things to critique about this place is the mini snack bar that is located inside the corner of the room. Somebody forgot to check the quantity of the snacks when they were stocking the mini snack bar. Some of the items were not in the snack bar and I was very concerned about it because I didn’t wanted to get charge for a snack that I didn’t even eat. When I report it to the front desk. "Location was the only reason we chose to stay. Otherwise, the rooms were deplorable! Looked nothing like the pictures. No curtains on windows, flood lights directly into room from building next door. Just a bed and desk. No lamps, end tables, or curtains. Dirty. Falling apart. Only thing clean were the towels and bedding. Doors deadbolt did not lock. Smelled moldy. "
