"The Tony Hotel offers an absolutely perfect location for a stay in Miami Beach! Convenient to the beach, Ocean Ave, the Art Deco district and more… very clean but showing some signs of wear (our sink had a plumbing problem and soaked everything in the bathroom). So fun to stay in a unique and non-corporatized place!"

"The facilities were gorgeous and clean! The day we checked in the air conditioner was broken on the entire property, but Janayia, Natasha, and Dilan at the concierge were so kind and accommodating to help keep us cool under the circumstances. They checked on us and brought us fans and let us know when the facilities were fixed, even comped us breakfast and drinks for the inconvenience. The pool and lounge area is great to hang out - we didn’t even need to go downtown. Amazing stay! "

"I stayed at the Loews 1 night and was very satisfied and can recommend this property. Only 2 feedback points.. checkin and receptions gets busy and waiting times can be longer ( 10 minutes) and it was a little intriguing that beach chairs are included in the room but not the umbrella."

"I want to say a special Thanks to the Hotel front desk and Janet. The room stewart was awesome. We ask for fresh towels, matter of seconds, she knock on the door and gave us the towels. The front desk took care a problem with the shower head and phone. They took care of the problem so fast. My wife and I step out of the room for 20 minutes and they fix the problem. I will look forward to stay there again for the great service provided. Thank you Catalina!!"
