"Really nice hotel experience. We had 4 young children with us but the pool and amenities were very accommodating. Cleaning staff was amazing! We experienced the hot water not working and a blind that wouldn’t close but we called the main desk and both were fixed within minutes! 10/10 would recommend."

"We had a clean room with all the basic amenities. The front desk and bellman services were excellent. They provided an electric electrical adapter for the unusual Hong Kong AC outlets. They assisted with both taxi and rideshare needs and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 8 AM so we could enjoy our day before the 3 PM check-in. We were also able to check in an hour early. "Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from."

"I like accommodation that is clean, neat and functional for the tired traveller but without paying the extra expense for luxury that i don't need - and MK Stay was perfect for that. I initially booked a room that was great, then realised i should stay longer, and all that was available was a tiny room. Even so, this was ok for me and i was grateful that it was available.
