I can see wires Socket (internet and phone) is exposed, TV remote on/off switch is not working, the so call cloth cabinet is so short that shirts are touching the bottom, wallpaper is peeling off, shower room is so small that I have difficulty to turn. "

"Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from."

"A little hassle at check in as it was only booked @2,+pm and staff present did not have my booking. Booked the quad room at price normally for double was reasonablr, especially when it was booked last minute. Bed was hard but passable. Good location"

"This is a great location hotel. Its next to the MTR and 3 mins walk from the bus stop for A21 to the airport. Staff are nice and you can store luggage after check out. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel and 8 mins walk to ladies market. "
