"This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. "We had a wonderful stay at Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel. There was a minor issue with our booking at check (occurring from an issue at Expedia’s end). Staff were able to resolve this for us and ensured it did not negatively impact our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we loved the attention to style and detail. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free shuttle bus to the beach was a great bonus. Would highly recommend and would stay again!"

"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable.
