"The hotel and service was excellent, the room was cozy, the bathroom was a little odd with a full window looking into the room really no privacy and it was disappointing to book a room in the beautiful city of Chicago and then be told the balcony door needed to be locked so we weren't able to enjoy the view, we picked the hotel for the view it would've been nice to at least have a window to look out of or been told ahead of time to possibly have a different option. "

"Beautiful area, although not many great food options around. The hotel is pretty outdated, but charming. Also, constant sirens in and around the area…. don’t know how the locals handle it! Although, the transportation is amazingly connected but kinda sketch."

"I booked a room with lake view but unfortunately they gave us room in the corner and only we sawed out 1/4 view of the lake. But anyway my daughter had so much fun staying in there. Hopefully next time we get a full view of the lake. "
