"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Verdant. The hotel is an old department store that has been tastefully and beautifully restored. The rooms were small but very well designed and had everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay. Be sure to check out the roof top deck-the views are amazing, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. we tried The Maple Table next door for breakfast which was delicious. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly, and helpful. What a great place to stay...

"My room was clean with updated decor. It is an old facility and you get that sense when you walk in, but the room looked really nice, A/C worked well, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the front desk staff was nice."

"I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly and very helpful. My husband dropped my wedding ring in the room on the floor and they and we forgot it. The staff called us right away and put it in the safe for us so that somebody could come pick it up for us as we were already flying home"
