"This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. The Uber is not allowed to pass through the gate to the hotel. You have to use the taxi waiting at the door of the hotel and the taxis are much more expensive than Uber. The...

"I stayed at the The Grand Moon Palace Feb 2025. First time visiting. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Family friendly resort. Pros, amazing food options, Circus restaurant was really fun! Our family could always find lots of areas to sit which was a huge plus. We could go to a different pool area everyday, huge resort. Loved the food options in the pool areas, servers brought the food right to you. Cons, so many plastic water bottles. I would have preferred more options to use...

"This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "

"This is our second time staying here. We love this hotel and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We were having breathing issues due to the humidity in the room and they gave us an air purifier and tried to help as much as possible. It would be great if the hotel invests in a ventilation system or even open small windows to refresh the air in the rooms. Overall, the staff is great, the place is very clean and the price is affordable compared to other places in Cancun. "

"There was a fragrance that was pretty strong after the room was cleaned and it made it hard for my girlfriend to breathe until we aired it out. It might have been in the cleaning solution that was used. Other than that it’s an excellent resort. Also my damage deposit hasn’t been put back on my credit card. Room 28208"

"We stayed at the oceanfront room, the ocean view was awesome! The bed was firm and comfortable. Room had a nice layout, it was nice, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping it tidy and clean. Hot buffet breakfast is included and loved that they offered a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every morning. "This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. "Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice. "
