"Great value, clean, comfortable room. Hotel was very quiet, so apart from pool and breakfast, there are few facilities atm, but that was fine for me. Great little water machine for hot and cold drinks, efficient AC. Its in a good spot for Rizal Avenue where you can catch a tuk tuk anywhere, but the street to the entrance is dark and rubbled, so take care. Staff friendly and the pool/ gardens pretty. Wifi good.
