"Staff is polite and helpful. Overall I was fairly happy but the level of noise was somewhat annoying. We had a dog barking till late evening and sometimes in the night waking us up. It was as if there was a window wide open but there wasn’t one. Still it sounded almost if the dog was in our room "

Will recommend and will come back if I visit Puerto Prinsesa again. The staff however are top notch. Their kindness and hospitality is something you look for while on vacation. Also there’s nothing around the hotel and you’re ‘hostage’ of the hotel restaurant which sells considerably overpriced things. If they invested a bit more on the hotel surroundings and also offered more options at the hotel, like a spa for example, it would make the place a lot more attractive. "I particularly liked the Crepe lady, her service, she pays attentions to details of crepe, she makes. The breakfast and the way access to the pool from rooms was the highlights. I would definitely recommend others to this property. Just like my friend recommended me."
