"The room was not ready for the check in time and we waited over and then had to drop our bags and check in later. The room had 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, the quilts and sheets were for single beds. We had a lift next to our room that was working all night and gave us a terrible nights sleep. Really disappointed because the people working there were friendly."

"We had a basement room in one if the annexes in Hugh Street. Very Very hot all of the time and had to have air conditioning on a lot. Downside, very narrow staircase down so hard to take case up and down. Lots of mirrors which was great, actually had the desk/mirror and plug sockets in sync (so many hotels don’t) and beds were comfy. Great for Victoria Station. I would return but not in a basement room"

"The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
