"Not bad for a london hotel but it is just rooms above a pub. A nice place to stay if you are visiting Kew Gardens. However, the room we stayed in had a single glazed window with very poor seals. So the room was cold alll night and the wind whistled through the window and rattled it. In addition the bed was incredibly hard (not just a firm mattress) and the sink in the bathroom was leaking. Look, it was fine: clean and reasonably priced and did us for a night but sometimes i think you wouldn't...

"Conveniently located literally 4 minute walk from Earl's Court Tube Station. Room was smallish (expected from description) but it was clean and comfortable. Could do with a couple of hooks for coats. Window had been left opened and so room was very cold when I entered but it quickly warmed up. Continental breakfast was included and was excellent with coffee from a machine, fresh fruit salad, boiled eggs, cereals as well as the usual selection of meats, cheese and pastries. "
