My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. "Very nice hotel clean and modern. We had executive lounge access. Honestly at the weekend this is the bargain of the century, hot food salads and free drinks from 530 to 930. Brilliant. Saved us a lot! Now the Elizabeth line is open you can be in the middle of London in 15 minutes. "
