"Flew in from SD for my husbands birthday. They upgraded us, hung a happy birthday sign, and comped us 30 bucks towards food or drinks. Staff was super nice and VERY generous. Rooms are very clean/comfy/upgraded and the hotel is kid friendly. For adults, casino is a driveway walk away! Very easy to go back and forth to our room. Hotel is very scenic with lots of things to look at. "

"We weren't aware that the beach and everything around it (restaurant) were going to be shut down due to renovations until AFTER we booked. We decided to give it a try anyways. We came during Spring Break and were disappointed they did not have more activities. They had pine cone decorating, a snow shoe hike, and archery. That was it. Our teens were completely bored. The bunk bed room was a GREAT size. Highly recommend the upgrade. The pillows weren't great, though. Bring your own. Restaurants...

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
