"This property is stunning-the landscaping and interior design is exceptional. The grounds are gorgeous and rooms take advantage of that. Honestly it is one of the more beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and a delight to relax in. There are 3 pools to choose from with plenty of seating. The resorts in this area are kept unobtrusive to the beach so there is just a long stretch of walkable beach front. You can walk to close by ‘village’ dining or other resorts. You are more out of the way geographically so its very quiet and peaceful. People we spoke to come back there year after year for weeks at a time and love it. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay there again "

"My stay at Meliá Phuket was an unforgettable experience. I went with my husband for our honeymoon, and the ambience of the hotel was very calm and romantic, perfect for the occasion. The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. Also, the breakfast options were varied, making each morning special. The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend it!"

"I would the only thing that I found hard was knowing what is halal and what isn’t so for customers who are Muslims it came across very hard to find halal food. I had to keep repeating ask the staff if what I wanted was halal or not that is the only thing I would rate the service 3/5 for everything eles is beautiful the staff were friendly and the place was beautiful I can’t complain "

"We stayed in February 2025 and enjoyed our stay immensely. The water park is a bit run down but our child had a great time at it. The airplane viewing point was also very cool. We were there for three days which was enough time for us. The food was OK but we preferred to eat just off resort in the few local restaurants that surrounded the area. Overall it was a great location. "

"Hotel is very close to airport, shops and restaurants. It has a nice pool/bar on the top and a bar/restaurant in the garden. They provide a free transfer one way from the airport. There is a free hourly shuttle bus to the beach (40minute walk). The rooms are big & super clean. The staff are very helpful, great place for a couple of nights or airport layover. Highly recommend."
