"We arrived at the hotel a few hours early and on checking in we were upgraded from a junior suite to a one bedroom suite. The hotel provided a great buffet breakfast which had lots of food and plenty of choice. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to both BTS and Metro Stations. Our only slight criticism is we could only find 2 small lifts to service 19 floors (and one of them was being serviced during our stay which caused queues) and the internet was slow and intermittent.
