"This place is wonderful! The man checking me in was friendly and helpful. My room (all rooms?) has an ocean side balcony with chairs, which love. Topsail Island is not full of restaurants (there are a few), so a stop at the grocery store is a good idea. The room does have a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a coffee maker. "Nice place to stay with good amenities. Only complaint I have is the rates for out of season are a little expensive. Reason I’m saying that is the place was empty. I think there may have been one other couple staying there the same time as we were. We did think it was really nice though. "

"It was a good stay. Stayed for several days and alll was good. They DO NOT have a free breakfast. They tell you to go to Dennys and they will take 10% off your meal. Other than that all was nice"
