"They made us wait to check in when we got there after midnight which is understandable, but then woke us up in the morning with a curtling phone call to make us check out exactly at 11am. Moat uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever experiences."

"Overall not a horrible experience. We chose this hotel based on its location across from the BOK center because we had the 2 day passes for PBR and wouldn’t have to get transportation we could just walk. We had to pay $20 just to park at the hotel and it’s on the backside of the building so we had to unload everything and walk it all the way around to walk into the front. A little annoying but okay it’s downtown we get it. There was no microwave in our room and the mini fridge didn’t keep...
