"The Pink Palm is a beautiful and picturesque boutique hotel located in the heart of the old city. It’s very convenient to walk to town but if you are driving the parking situation is less than ideal. Also, be aware there are lots of stairs. "We had two rooms - 221, which was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable deck furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had also been renovated. Room 222 on the other have was very outdated, no decorations on walls, uncomfortable plastic furniture. The bathroom had a low grade sewer smell and the toilet water regurgitated a yellow-brown color backwash. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Lexie was terrific. "

"My daughter and I loved our stay here. Our ocean view from our balcony was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, updated and so quiet. It had a kitchen included. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The pool was small but clean. The food was delicious as well as the drinks. We took a taxi to catch the ferry and went to St. John for the day. Everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again especially with how affordable it was. "
