"There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. Extremely dated, the bed is not comfortable and you can feel the springs. The drains/water really smell disgusting and the shower curtain stank of cigarette smoke. The room was not at all soundproofed...

"Apartment was more central than description and was only about 5 minutes walk to the gondola (all uphill). I would use ski depot lockers unless very fit. Ok facilities ,quiet location ,apartment was spotless and cleaned daily. Quite a modern design for Bulgarian Apartments (have stayed in a lot).
