"This hotel is great and we couldn’t fault our stay until check out time..... we had already paid for the hotel prior to our stay yet we were asked to pay again for the room! Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands and there is some issue with the accounts transferring over so the hotel isn’t currently receiving the payments people are paying ( going to the old company). "I enjoyed the stay, particularly use of a drcent sized pool and a steam room. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a sympathetic makeover of the decor. It is located about 25 - 30 minutes walk to the city centre, but there is a bus service from just opposite. "
