"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"It’s a great place but it is a little further from Grace Bay where more dining and shopping options are and if you don’t have a rental car, taxi cost can add up. But the resort is great and food options are excellent!"

"Great location offering stunning views of Grace Bay and easy beach access. We enjoyed using the resort bikes and the afternoon sailing on the Lady Grace. "Hotel is in a good location great rooms and well cleaned daily - aircon is a large old unit which was quite noisy but worked! Staff were good. Lovely pool and pool area - though they played the same angst indie music quite loud on a loop all day! Beach staff were great - very helpful. Set in lovely gardens a few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants on our doorstep. "

"I LOVED our stay here! The hotel is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of shopping areas, eateries and casinos. I loved that there was a pool right outside our room that we could walk to easily from our room, and I really liked that the hotel gave us complimentary beach chairs & towels to take in the sunny beach from. They also provided food coupons so we got yummy food at nearby restaurants at reduced costs. I would definitely stay here again! "
