"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."

"We had some small problems with our original room, and we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which we greatly appreciated. Sometimes things happen, but the staff here made it right. Our new room was wonderful, the staff prompt and attentive, and the hotel is easy walking distance to dining, shopping and BTS Skytrain. Highly recommended!"
