"You are understaffed. There was only 1 person at the front desk handling phone calls and checking. I called three times to request a shuttle from the airport and was put on hold each time and waited more than 3 minutes. I called a fourth time and no one answered the phone. "We really enjoyed our stay. I only gave 3 stars for property maintenance because the door frame in the bathroom was rotted away at the bottom, the blinds in the bathroom didn't go down all the way and I felt like everyone could see me in the shower and there were holes in the ceiling. Otherwise, it was VERY clean and the staff was really nice. The seating areas and patio are super cute..the location is terrific. Definitely will stay again!"

"The concierge was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was easy to find. The breakfast that was offered was okay, but felt like something was missing. They had waffle makers, cereal, coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, juice, and fruit. The elevator was out of service and so we had to use the stairs. We had minimal luggage, so we didn't struggle much, but it could pose a problem for people with mobility issues. "
